Brakes

  • Inspecting brake pads and shoes

  • Cleaning brake components

  • Adjusting brake tension

  • Replacing brake parts when worn

Motor & Electrical

  • Inspecting and cleaning motor terminals

  • Checking wiring and connections for wear or damage

  • Ensuring proper motor function and speed

  • Lubricating moving parts of the motor

Charger

  • Checking charger connections

  • Cleaning and inspecting charger for faults

  • Ensuring proper charging cycle is maintained

Lubrication

  • Lubricating the axles, bearings, and moving parts

  • Greasing the steering mechanism and suspension

Suspension & Steering

  • Inspecting steering components for wear

  • Checking suspension for damage and replacing worn-out parts

  • Tightening loose suspension components

Cooling System

  • Inspecting and cleaning air filters

  • Checking fuel lines and ensuring no leaks

  • Checking spark plugs and ignition system

Lights & Electrical

  • Inspecting headlights, brake lights, and turn signals

  • Replacing burned-out bulbs

  • Checking the fuse box and replacing fuses if needed

Body & Frame

  • Inspecting the frame for rust or damage

  • Cleaning and waxing the body to protect from elements

  • Tightening screws and bolts to avoid loosening over time

Windshield & Roof

  • Checking for cracks or chips in the windshield

  • Cleaning and polishing the windshield

  • Inspecting the roof for damage or leaks

Alignment

  • Ensuring proper wheel alignment for smooth handling

  • Adjusting the steering system to correct alignment issues
